AfrikMarket is a brand of Nexovia LLC. We facilitate transactions between buyers and vendors but are not the direct seller of goods.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use AfrikMarket only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Place fraudulent orders or provide false information.
• Attempt to interfere with the platform's operation.
• Use the platform to harass vendors, drivers, or other users.
• Resell products purchased on AfrikMarket without authorization.

4. Orders and Payments

• All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
• AfrikMarket reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

Delivery is handled by independent contractors. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. AfrikMarket is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, traffic, etc.).

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled item, please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] with a photo, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors on AfrikMarket are independent businesses responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, and availability. AfrikMarket does not warrant the quality of any specific vendor's products.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages (order confirmations, delivery updates) from AfrikMarket 413. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on AfrikMarket, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of AfrikMarket 413 or its vendors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

AfrikMarket 413 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your most recent order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berkshire County, MA.
